On the day the eviction is scheduled, you (the property owner) will be met with a deputy from the county’s sheriff’s department. The officer is there to ensure that the residence is safe and that the tenant cooperates with the eviction.
Your crew of pros at Southern Rubbish will also be there to remove the tenant’s belongings from inside the home to outside of the home; generally onto the driveway. The sheriff’s department will typically give property owners up to 2 hours on eviction day to remove everything from the home.
After the tenant’s belongings have been removed from the residence and 24 hours have passed and the tenant has not come to reclaim their property, the county then labels it as “abandoned” and the property owner is then free to have the remaining items disposed. The disposal of leftover items is also a service that we offer.

We send a team of 6 to do eviction clean outs; 5 crew members and 1 supervisor. The crew size is to ensure that the job is done within the allotted 2 hours that the county allows to complete the clean out. Pricing is based on bedroom size.
